We are closing out the month of March with a special set from BadFriday.
This night was all about celebrating one of our own. It was an honor to have the EQ family show up and show out for him as he stepped out from behind the scenes and into the booth to celebrate his birthday with the community.
BadFriday helped curate the lineup for the night and the vibes inside the jungle were perfect from start to finish.
As the night unfolded the booth turned into a full family session with JWoody, Jaq.xs, and Mangú all jumping on the decks throughout the mix. The back to backs were unreal and the energy on the dance floor reflected it all night long.
This was one of those moments you had to witness in person, and we are thankful we hit record so it can live on.

Episode 35 of Spectrum Radio welcomes Perth based artist @dale_debeljak for a powerful peak time techno session.
Dale is quickly emerging as one of Australia’s next wave techno talents, delivering a modern sound defined by precision, cinematic tension, and high impact energy on the dancefloor. While his early journey began in the tech house scene, his artistic direction naturally evolved toward heavier and more refined peak time techno.
Throughout his career he has supported international artists such as Space 92, The Yellowheads, and Oscar L, while also performing across major Australian events including Blazing Swan and Blossom Festival. He currently holds residencies with respected underground institutions Techn0de and Close Contact and has performed for notable promotions including Trancition and Berlin Rave.
This guest mix captures the essence of his sound with driving rhythms, powerful builds, and the kind of energy designed for the peak hour of the night.

This set began at the tail end of @julio-686426529 aka Mangú’s hypnotic opening set when JWoody stepped into the booth and immediately locked into the energy of the room. What started as a back to back quickly turned into something even more special when a surprise guest joined the decks.
EQ’s very own @jaqx-788900965 stepped in and the jungle turned into a full family moment behind the booth.
The back to backs were unreal and the energy on the dance floor reflected it all night long.
This night was all about community and celebrating BadFriday’s birthday surrounded by friends, music, and the San Diego techno family.

Originally from San Diego and now based in the Inland Empire, R.B.F is an Army combat veteran whose approach to DJing is rooted in connection, emotion, and the healing power of music. His sets blend organic, melodic, and progressive elements of house with deeper and darker shades of techno.
Inspired by the global community that formed around Gabriel and Dresden’s Club Quarantine during the pandemic, R.B.F began his DJ journey with mentorship from fellow San Diego artist Matis. Through dedication and a strong passion for electronic music, he has quickly developed a reputation for thoughtful track selection and smooth flowing sets.
His belief that music can bring people together and help people heal is the driving force behind every performance.

It was truly an honor to have Nico play the Techno Jungle. Over time, Nico and his team have become friends, and this night felt like pure community, connection, and love for the music. The vibe was special, the crowd was fully present, and the night was unforgettable.
